- There is a lot of noise sounding like scraping / hitting from behind my home (I am in the unit above the garage). I’m unable to access or see what is behind but I believe it’s trees and I’m concerned they are damaging my property. The noise is also incredibly disruptive.

Noted. The tree in question is located on private property. The BPRD Urban Forestry Division does not maintain trees located on private property. It is the property owners resposibility to maintain thier trees.
