Noted. The BPRD Urban Forestry Division has inspected the sidewalk at the address in question for potentially opening the closed over old tree pit. At this time, the BPRD Urban Forestry Division is unable to install a new tree pit due to the sidewalk total width (not including the curb) being less than 6ft wide. We need a minimum tree pit width of 30" and then we a minimum 42" of walkable sidewalk to comply with ADA regulations.
