- City of boston planted two new trees on east third, but none of the neighboring homes have water spigots to water them — can the city of boston come out at every other week or even monthly to add water to the bags to keep them alive? I can try to fill them in between. Otherwise they are just going to keep dying the city will have to keep replacing them every year which has been what is happening
