Street Light Outage

Description: Lights are out on several telephone poles at 179 Walnut St Dorchester, Port Norfolk Yacht Club. One light out on telephone pole on sidewalk, and on pole behind 179 walnut (in yacht club gated parking lot). Several lights are also out on the telephone poles on corner of Walnut St & Ericsson st in front of and in the lots of the businesses on Ericsson St. all of the lights mentioned shine on parking lots and lot entrances. These lights have been out for months, and have caused several security issues at these businesses. Tried to fill out street light request form on eversource website but form is broken, eversource will not respond. All the lights shine on parking lots, but are on city owned telephone poles, must be replaced by utility crews.
