- Woman in Dorchester Park (2216 Dorchester Ave, Boston, MA 02124) on 18 DEC 25 at 1430 has her golden retriever off leash (park sign states all dogs should be on a leash). This dog chased a child while she was screaming, the owner did nothing to regain control of the dog, the dog continued to terrorize the child. I yelled at the woman to put her dog on a leash. Her dog then charged at me and my baby. This women again did nothing to regain control of her dog. When I chased the dog away from my 6 month old baby the woman still did not put her dog on a leash. Please for the safety of children enforce the leash laws in this park. This is not the first time I have witnessed something like this. Just two weeks ago another unleashed dog jumped on me and ripped my pants while I was on a run.
