- I am filing a complaint and requesting an ISD Housing inspection for a persistent rodent (mice/rat) infestation at 1047 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA, under the management of GMH Living. The problem first occurred in Unit 99 during my prior lease term. I reported the rodent issue to management, but it was never fully eradicated. Due to concerns that the infestation would continue, I transferred to a different unit at the same address upon renewal, yet the rodent problem has continued. Based on the repeated occurrence across units at the same property, I believe this reflects a systemic pest control/habitability issue rather than an isolated incident. The ongoing rodent activity is affecting health and the basic habitability of the apartment. Request: Please conduct an ISD inspection of the unit/property and issue any appropriate Orders to Correct. I can provide photos and written communication records if needed.
