- Dogs running off leash in a public park. Nothing has been done, yet they continue to run up to pedestrians, cyclist, and dogs on leash. It is only a matter of time before people and dogs start getting hurt from this reckless owner behavior. Please do something with signage and enforcement of basic laws.
