- Tjere is a VERY aggressive dog at night that is consistently and constantly barking at anyone who walks past the gate. It's always at night and people are constantly getting scared, scream running off, or some just refuse to walk down that gate or area (me). Nobody has been able to pass without the dog constantly getting provoked and barking aggressively without anyone doing anything but walking on a public street.
