- 3 dogs off leash 10am 12/31. Officer (animal patrol) approaches and kindly gives a warning to all 3 people telling them to leash their dogs. Officer leaves, and all 3 owners immediately unleash dogs to run free in park. 5 mins later, now 6 dogs off leash. **WARNINGS DO NOT WORK, TICKETS MIST BE ISSUED**
