- I submitted this over a month ago, and nothing got fixed. A streetlight is out in Chester park (even side, center of park) and it makes it difficult at night to see and watch for needles as I walk my dog (the light is near the central benches, which is a frequent hangout spot for the drug users). Please replace the bulb!
