- Peters Park dog park in South end is constantly disturbing residents neighboring the park. There are persistent, continuous barking from poorly trained dogs from 7am - 11pm almost every day. My building has double insulated windows and it is loud, shriek, and carries directly through the walls. It is usually dogs just repetitive barking at nothing and the owners just sitting there. Can there be signs put up about excessive barking or noise?
