- Last Monday, and all last week I have put in 5 calls to Cruz Management informing them about the heat not working, and a wasp nest being inside my window screen. In 7 days I have gotten no response at all. I need help from 311 Inspectional Services to nudge Cruz to respond. This is utterly unacceptable and ridiculous.
