- My nasty neighbors stole my cat, that is there house and that is my cat. They did it before in the past, and that’s the only time my cat has ever went missing, when I went out to look for her, she came running out that house. I’m not unaware that a few of my neighbors are related and they come together to try and harass me along with the landlord. I called the animal rescue to report I also called 911 to report them and now I’m reporting them here. Ive been getting targeted and harrassed by the Brown family here in Dorchester, Angelic Brown she is the homeowner to 11 Elmont St and she targets and harasses my mother and I. . So I’m reporting here. I already reported to the ARL, including a police report. And going to the Ice.gov to report them there also. I’m tired of being targeted and harassed and now they are playing with my cat.
