- Dogs at 576 Bennington, 596 Bennington street and 584 Bennington street are a public nuisance. 596 has animal control in their pocket- they show them one snippet on video footage to show their dog coming in, none of the others in the complex, and pointedly don’t show their dog or the other neighbors barking unleashed for hours. Hoa is useless to the public. Shouldn’t live in a city if you can’t leash and control your dog. That goes for all of them. Entitled people. City needs to please step in. This area is going rotten. Nonstop barking in early morning hours and night ruins neighborhood silence. Including for those of us who have pets and know how to own them.
