- Memorial dog treat bucket and paver stone it sat on next to bench on Comm Ave Mall (at corner of Comm & Gloucester) is missing as of this morning. It was in honor of the longtime Back Bay resident and philanthropist John Axelrod and his dog Tale who were murdered on that block in January. It needs to be found and returned. Please inquire with contacts at Parks & Rec or DCR for its whereabouts. We will use all of our resources to find out why it was removed and by whom. News stations will be alerted if not returned soon to help in our search.
