- These dogs, bark chronically and nonstop, sometimes for hours at a time. I’ve made one previous report and I’m not sure the outcome, but the owner seems to leave the dogs outside in all weather. I’ve taken video of them barking, and I’m happy to supply it, but I also realize the verbal report may be enough.
