- This is a follow-up to case 101006555419 which has been open for 2+ months. The roots of the City's tree is not only buckling the sidewalk and creating a hazard for pedestrians, its also damaging the retaining wall and iron fence of 21 Union Park. The roots appear to have pushed further against the retaining wall in the last 2 months. If nothing is done to remove this tree, it will cause the wall to break and the sidewalk to collapse, resulting in damage to private property as well as the public sidewalk. We request that the City takes a hard look at this. If this is not done, our next interaction may be in court and a lawsuit for damages. Thank you
