- My name is Betty Barrow and I’m the neighbor residing in the house behind the 8 Elm Hill Park, Boston, Ma. I’m requesting of the owner or care taker of that property to please do a clean up of the back yard due to raccoons, mosquitoes and other wildlife living in the overgrowth of wild bushes, etc… which interferes with myself, family and/or my guests trying to enjoy my yard.
