- I live on Hallowell st and use a wheelchair on the sidewalks. The mere fact a crew was out here to trim/prune this tree is ridiculous. Whomever is the arborist or assessor of trees needs to have his/her job terminated. I looked through 311 list and multiple neighbors have reported since last spring this tree being a public safety. I plan to be at the next city council meeting to call out whoever deems a tree cut down or trimmed. You need to lose your job, I am handicapped and use a wheelchair and can’t even go around the corner. Another incompetent city of Boston worker and department that picks who they want to serve for whatever nefarious reasons
