- Man is walking 3 pit bulls off leash in the park across from my house located at the Blakey house park in Dorchester. The park is across the street from my house at 201 East Cottage St. in Dorchester. My friend says she always sees people walking pit bulls off leash in our neighborhood. Also some people/dog walkers are not picking up their dogs poo when they go on the sidewalks in zip code 02125. Thanks!
