- Need to know what happened to the POW flag that was with the American flag put up in fall by BMS and Deputy Fire Chief Ellis. It was on flag pole at corners of Union/Winship and Chestnut Hill Ave. it was brand new and sometime in early December maintenance took down for winter. American went back up solo. Trying to get all memorials prepared for Memorial Day and dep Chief Ellis was also inquiring.
