- Draper baseball field (Stimson St entrance) in poor shape. With Billings under construction, this part of the city is down 3 fields. Base paths are sunken down at least 6” below the field level, there is no pitchers mound, or rubber. The fence around the dugout is falling apart. The field opposite is in much better shape, so why is this field so neglected?
