- This woman I have seen multiple times at Malibu beach in dorchester with her dog off leash and out of control. The dog has sprinted at my leashed dog previously and she does not even attempt to recall the dog. Her and the man with her insisted dogs are allowed off leash here and they are not. I think the area would benefit greatly from more leash required signs and this woman should be found and fined.
