- Neighbors tree is growing into the public street and power lines creating a risk and hazard to the public roadway, creating a risk that trucks may hit it. The tree creaks constantly and trash trucks barely miss it when traveling down the street such that I worry the branch will come down resulting in live wires on the public street and my property or a pedestrian getting hit. If the city will not cut it, please compel the owner to. It is a safety hazard.
