- The gate at the Rossmore Tot Lot is broken. It doesn't latch. The latch is clearly attached too high so it doesn't go into the catch. I have seen many toddlers wander out and towards the road. It's very unsafe and it is supposed to be a playground that kids can't easily leave. I think it's a simple fix. It would also work temporarily to just lock the gate as there is a second one.
