- Tractor trailers at loading dock are not actually moving to perform Commerce. They are parked there as just permanent storage units. It is blocking the bike lane and creating a dangerous scenario for bikes and pedestrians to go around these trailers into traffic given they are on a blind curve. Please do not dismiss this because it’s a light industrial district tractor trailers come and go here all the time but these have not moved in years. This is a very different scenario.
