Description: I have filed several complaints regarding these properties, which are owned by two separate entities, with a portion of the land leased for a billboard. Despite generating revenue, the owners have neglected this property for years and have failed to meet even basic maintenance standards. The site is littered with trash, discarded appliances, and other debris, creating an eyesore and a potential safety hazard for the surrounding neighborhood. It has also become a gathering place for trespassers and drug activity. I have personally observed discarded needles on the property, posing a serious risk to nearby residents, children, and pets. This level of neglect is unacceptable. Property owners have a responsibility to maintain their land and prevent it from becoming a nuisance or danger to the community. I urge the City to take immediate enforcement action to require cleanup, secure the property, and hold the responsible parties accountable for allowing these conditions to persist.
