- Hello. I reported dangerous sidewalk conditions due to the massive pile of dirt obstructing bicycles, wheelchairs, runners, anyone wanting to use this sidewalk. 311 almost instantly marked my ticket as resolved with no further comment, and the pile of dirt is all there just the same. There's not a joke, and the city should fix this. Don't mark my ticket resolved without an explanation.
