- Tree without access to rainwater. The asphalt sidewalk patch is completely surrounding the this tree in front of 30 Sheridan St. it can now only get rainwater on its leaves! It needs access to ground water. The city should remove some of the asphalt around it to permit water to access its roots. If not done, the tree will be weakened and eventually fall on the 30 Sheridan.
