- The tenant at 46 Soldiers Field Place #305 Bruce Irving is aware that I am in active litigation with the property over noise violations of my quiet enjoyment rights being violated he continuously stomps on the floor walking extremely loud and excessively because Animal Control has cited him for the noise so he is actively harassing me daily by letting his Dog continuously violate my quiet enjoyment by dropping dog bones and toys above my unit. I need Inspectional Services to come out and do inspection because the tenant and the property are weaponizing the judge’s court delay , and I am explicitly requesting a physical structural insulation test under the State Sanitary Code: 105 CMR 410.700 and Sanitary Code : 105 CMR 410.602 as you can see the pet situation is out of control dog bones left in the hallway pets making noise throughout the building and the building is not structural insulated. Please have inspectional services come out to get things in order.
