- 279 Marlborough Street continuously puts poop bags on the corner of alley 417 and Fairfield. Today a woman from 279 in a white shirt and black pants picked up dog waste on the front lawn. Took the corner and dropped it. She wasn’t expecting me to come around the corner and seeing her do both but looked right at me when entering through the back door of 279 because she got caught. It is constant!
