- Why are there people shouting and cheering in my neighborhood outdoor park at midnight on a monday night?Completely unacceptable that this is allowed at an outdoor nightclub, even if it's a world cup event , be respectful to the Tax paying neighbors that live here. The Anchor should be closed.
