- Continuous noise nuisance and structural impact vibrations inside my bedroom originating from Unit 305 at 2:30 AM on June 30, 2026, caused by an unregistered animal jumping off furniture onto uncarpeted floors. This structural noise disruption woke me out of my sleep, causing severe physical distress and violating the State Sanitary Code quiet enjoyment provisions.
