Description: Emergency structural building violation at 47 ridgewood street. The 3rd-floor rear/side porch roof of a triple-decker has completely broken off. The whole entire heavy structural railing has fallen and is on the side yard. There is still also pieces of railing sitting on the porch that can easily fly around during a heavy storm and hit someone/something. The house sits between two empty lots, so the entire structural collapse and falling debris hazard are completely visible and wide open from the public sidewalk looking across the lot, the porch is unsafe.
