- This eyesore is in our newly finished Copley Square, right in front of the Copley Plaza hotel. There is a law in Boston that whoever digs up a sidewalk needs to restore it to its original condition when they are done. This is Verizon‘s work. Can we enforce the law and make them restore the sidewalk to its original condition?
