- BSC-00239636 case number. The Pagoda street tree on the sidewalk in front of our home has a very deep crack in the bark that is getting larger rapidly. It appears that the tree’s vascular system may be severely damaged. We are greatly concerned that its structural integrity has been compromised and that it may pose a safety risk if it falls.
