- 6 Foster St, north end. Trash/recycling taken out way too early. Plus a lot of trash left on the street from Monday’s trash day, since the seagulls that are bigger than my dog like to pick open trash bags. It’s time to have north end get trash bins that are seagull-proof. (Note: the seagull photo is from Sunday at 6pm.)
