- I would like to report multiple potholes located along Industrial Drive in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. The deteriorating road surface presents a safety concern for motorists, commercial delivery vehicles, and pedestrians who regularly travel through this area. The potholes have become increasingly larger and have caused significant damage to multiple vehicles. It has also created hazardous driving conditions and will worsen if left unaddressed. Given the volume of commercial traffic that utilizes Industrial Drive, timely repairs would help improve roadway safety and prevent further pavement deterioration. Doing repairs during the summer break is great timing given the Boston Public School buses are garaged on Industrial Drive. I respectfully request that the roadway be inspected and that the necessary repairs be scheduled as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continued efforts to maintain safe roadways throughout the City of Boston.
