Description: This attached case was closed as "transitioned" and noted sidewalk blocked? Just curious what that means? The sidewalk isn't blocked really, it is just a homeowner that has to taken care of their property so their water pours onto the sidewalk when it rains. Not sure if blocked sidewalk is just the classification and the homeowner is being contacted?
