- Trip hazard. I tripped yesterday waking by Point Insurance, on the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Brighton Avenue. Luckily I did not fall or get hurt at all , but I am concerned that someone easily could get seriously hurt. As you can see from the photo below, the grill in the sidewalk is lifted up out of place about two inches above the sidewalk level. Also it is exactly at the corner so people have a limited view as they are turning the corner right at that spot. Please correct it immediately to protect passers-by. Thank you.
