Description: REOPEN IMMEDIATELY – GROSS NEGLIGENCE REPORT. This emergency ticket was closed as 'Resolved' in 11 minutes without any inspector physical visit, phone call, or utility verification. This is a violation of State Sanitary Code inspection mandates. My landlord is actively violating Stop Work Order V891000. Contractors carpooled in an unmarked vehicle on July 6 to evade drive-by checks and previously broke my basement lock to rip down wires.
