- Intersection at surface Road and Neland is a disaster coming from surface Road. There are no signs of which lane you need to stay in and the right hand lane is both right and straight people turn out of the middle lane and try and cut off the right line there are accidents every single day here and pedestrians are constantly being bombarded by traffic, running red lights and sitting in the crosswalk. It is an extremely dangerous intersection that the city needs to actually fix put proper sign in and reevaluate the directions of the lanes.
