- There is a large amount of improperly disposed trash and bulk items in the alley behind the property. The pile includes construction debris (wood planks and metal frames), a mattress, furniture pieces, a pet carrier, and multiple large garbage bags. Trash is also scattered around overflowing bins, and lids are not properly closed. This appears to be illegal dumping and is creating unsanitary conditions. The area is attracting pests, producing odor, and blocking access in the alley. The waste has been left exposed in the rain and continues to accumulate. Requesting inspection and removal as soon as possible.
