- Bruce Irving's dog is still dropping a loud bone or toy above my unit. The impact is loud and can be felt through the floors and walls. Management still has not taken care of this and Mr. Irving is completely aware of my complaints. Animal Control has been out and Boston Police told me they would talk to management but the tenant is still letting his Dog effect my quiet enjoyment and make my disability and startle response worse. I am reporting in hopes that since has been going since January someone would help to stop this.
