- fuller and washington .tonight being lit in trash barrells because god forbid the rain stops them. Mayor Wu you would think after the events of this past weekend specifically in dorchester we would get these fire works under control this is an ongoing issue that is becoming a major hazard. These fireworks go on from 5 PM - 5 AM and end up in my yard . All summer long . this is no longer an isolated incident
