Description: ONGOING NONCOMPLIANCE for overgrown sidewalk: Jan, March (101006592863) and about a month or so ago (101006680187) with citations issued each time. House is 2 Austin St, but it is Gordon Ave sidewalk all along property's side and back yard. Evergreen bushes from the back continue to grow from the yard OVER the stone retaining wall and OVER MOST OF THE SIDEWALK like a canopy. Now mini trees are growing out from between the stones all along the sidewalk adding more blockage. Owners have done nothing. Gordon Ave is extremely busy, Austin is 1-way into Gordon and parked cars (not residents') often are all along there so if you did risk walking in the street, no one would see you, especially the cars turning into Gordon from Austin. They usually pay NO attention to people trying to cross; they only look for oncoming traffic. This ongoing non-compliance is unacceptable. Thank you
