- This case was closed however the coverings have not been fixed or updated. Due to rain and other weather they are rotted, decaying, and causing odor and an increase in pest and flies to surrounding buildings. The owner should have to replace the coverings with materials that can withstand weather, and/or replace at certain time frames without being asked.
