- In front of 57 Leamington Rd in Brighton is a dumpster that has been on the street for weeks taking up three parking spots. The “no parking” signs are from the hardware store, and are not city issued. There has been no work done on the house where the dumpster is parked in over a week. Leamington is a quiet but full street and every parking spot is valuable. When I need reserved temp spots on the street I pay for them through the city and move on, this has been a month at this point.
