- Dead Sea gull since last week Friday. On William e Mullins way next to PUBLIC sidewalk. Please stop closing this. I don't know how to contact the building owner as the building is not accessible to the public and there is no phone number. The place where the dead seagull carcass is is next to the public sidewalk and accessible to a city employee to pick it up. Please don't close this. It's a health risk to have rotting animals next to a public walkway. If you cannot pick it up please find a way to contact the building owners.
