- Tyler Giglio 15 Gloucester street, apt #4 has once AGAIN placed trash out after pickup. Please review your records as you will see that this individual has violated the Boston trash rules more than 20 times. Can more be done because of the frequency of violations? Higher ticket fees? Arrest? We have had a rat issue and these actions contribute to a problem in the neighborhood that we are trying to abate. Something need to be done because they frequently ignore the rules. In the meantime please come ticket and remove. Thank you
